Kindle Force have been proud to supply a number of Construction Companies based in Australia with the vast majority of their steel work and products procured from China over the past 10 years; As such we are pleased to be able to feature some highlights of those projects.
Various Secure Prisons throughout Australia and Globally
Design, manufacture and delivery of:
- Prison Cell doors: Using a galvanized 50mm SHS sub-frame with a 50mm plywood core which complies with the Australian Standards. Using Bohler K700 steel in strategic locations to prevent escape.
- Prison Cell door frames: Manufactured from folded hot dipped galvanized 3mm steel prepared for all hardware requirements.
- Prison Cell windows: Press folded hot dipped galvanised 3mm steel with Bohler K700 steel and the incorporation of a full stainless steel operable ventilation mechanism.
- Prison Cell observation windows manufactured in brushed 304 grade stainless steel or in mild steel.
- Prison Cell Furniture: Cell beds (single or double bunks), cell desks, cell shelves and glazed shower screen walling systems all using zinc plated steel or stainless steel with an anti-graffiti powder coat (optional).
- Prison accommodation building louvre windows: Specifically designed for certain projects in HD galvanized steel in a semi cast-in / retro-fit format, with a 304 grade stainless steel operable mechanisms and 25year warranty powder coat.

Design and construction of a multi-storey car park facade system, which comprised of the following:
- Ornate 3mm perforated 304 grade stainless steel panelling.
- 304 grade stainless steel frames wire mesh panelling.
- 16mm Cor-Ten architectural fins.
- Structural steel facade system including crash rails.

Design, manufacturer and compliance testing in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZ 1170.1, AS1288, AS4100) for the successful delivery of an electroplated 316 grade stainless steel atrium glazed balustrading.

Design and fabrication of:
- 316 grade stainless steel architectural bollard.
- Bicycle racking.
- Over 1000m2 of 316 grade stainless steel tactile indicators.
Pullman Hotel Sydney Olympic Village, New South Wales Australia
Proudly designed and manufactured:
- Over 270 bespoke semi-frameless (aluminium / glass) shower screens.
- Chromed Solid brass bathroom accessories to the entire Hotel.
